With the economy in the dumps I thought I'd add this freebie. If you want to see if you can modify your mortgage loan, this site has a free loan modification application and consultation. It will cost to actually modify the loan, but at least you can find out for free if you can even do it. If they give the thumbs up, it's something to consider if you're looking for ways to keep your home. They claim to be 99% successful.
